Service Description

The session will begin with looking at suitable kit for yourself and 1 other friend or family member and your dogs that will promote comfort and safety for the duration of the session. Kit hire for the session is included in the price. During the session we will look at suitable warm up activities for your and your dog before starting to introduce short runs mixed in with walks to allow you time to gain confidence and familiarity with the equipment. The session lasts approximately 1.5 hours in a location that is agreed with you. Some locations may incur extra session charges dependent on location and parking charges. This will be discussed before booking can be confirmed. Sessions can be booked near the following locations (with no additional charge) on the booking page: Trentham Weston Coyney Leek Oakamoor Newcastle-under-Lyme Stone Cheddleton Wetley Rocks Session times, locations and additional details will be emailed and confirmed separately. If you wish to check specific details then please email before proceeding to book. In the event that we can not fulfil your booking we will arrange a new time/ date and location to suit your needs. An invoice will be sent to your email once details of the session have been confirmed. Payment must be made in full, online before your session. Age Restrictions: The minimum age to use our Site is 18 years old. By using this Site, users agree that they are over 18 years old. We do not assume any legal responsibility for false statements about age. Bookings can be made by parents on behalf of under 18's. Under 16's must have a parent present throughout the session. The parent does not have to take part in the session but must be there to spectate. Spectators: There is no additional charge for spectators.

Cancellation Policy

Once a booking has been confirmed, it may not be possible to reschedule or refund the session. Please get in touch with jules@noseandpawsactive.co.uk of you are unable to attend your session as soon as possible to discuss options.
